What is a Bodega?

A bodega is a small convenience store that sells staples like chips, candy, coffee, sodas, lottery tickets, over-the-counter remedies, and household items like laundry detergent and trash bags. Some have a deli counter, some sell beer, and some have neither, but what defines them goes beyond any one product.

  • How are Minced Milk incense made?
    The powder is precisely blended with pure water, quickly shaped, and dried very slowly.

  • Does your incense contain chemicals?
    No. The ingredients are finely ground and carefully mixed with a powdered, natural binding material.
  • Is your incense vegan friendly?
    Of course hunty. All of our products and the ingredients used to make our incense sticks are 100% vegan.
Can I return my product?
  • We currently do not accept returns but please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns! We'd be more than happy to help you!
    If you would like to exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us and pay for shipping of the new item. Please contact us at hellomincedmilk@gmail.com beforehand so we can assist you with the exchange process.
  • All orders are packaged in perfect condition. If there is a problem with your order, such as an item missing or damaged, please email us within 3 days with a detailed description and pictures.
  • We are not responsible for any orders once the package has been delivered to its destination, such as theft or damages caused to the items after possession. If your package is missing or has been stolen, please contact your mail courier or feel free to contact us if you need help taking the necessary steps to report a theft/missing package with the courier. We aim at making sure that our products are loved by our clients, but if you feel like returning an order, we can not accept it due to the fragility of our product.   • Does Minced Milk Ship overseas?
    Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will be applicable and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

  • How long will it take to get my order?
    It depends on your location. We offer next day shipping in Europe. After the order is placed it generally takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere between 2-3 days to be shipped and will arrive between 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

  • What shipping carrier does Minced Milk use?
    We use DHL as our shipping carrier. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (orders accepted before 5:00 pm CET will be shipped the same day). Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference and will commence from the shipping date; we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
  •  Is there a way for me to track my order?
    Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation immediately. If you do not see an order confirmation in your inbox, please make sure to check your junk/spam folder. If you fail to see an order confirmation in your inbox or junk mail, please contact us as the wrong email address may have been entered. It happens way more often than you think!

    • If I placed an order, can I cancel it?
      Yes, cancellations can be made to an order at hellomincedmilk@gmail.com
      • If I buy something and want to return or exchange it, can I?
